Cavo brings Summer Brunching straight from the Med to London’s Newest Rooftop Terrace
Sunshine, seafood and sangria. The capital’s hottest new rooftop terrace is bringing summertime brunching straight from the Med to a brand-new London locale. Located over the bustling streets of Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Soho, the new hidden oasis from Cavo in Tottenham Court Road’s Outernet building is setting the tone of the summer with its new Seafood & Sangria brunch, launching the first weekend of June.
Mixing Cavo’s authentic fresh Mediterranean flavours with laid back rooftop vibes, the recently opened restaurant’s new brunch offering is the perfect partnership for the launch of its much anticipated, 60-seated al fresco space that boasts unparalleled picturesque views of the London skyline.
The innovative new menu begins with a tapas-style trio of achingly fresh appetisers featuring: a Tartare Selection of Red Snapper, Spanish mackerel, and Mazara prawns; Baccala Rocher (Italian-style salt cod and potato croquette); and Baby Octopus Stew with cherry tomato, olives, and white wine.
The signature main unveils the impressive Cavo Seafood Platter. A Neptunian feast of langoustine, lobster tail, oysters, razor clams, Mazara prawns and mussels served with a selection of piquant mignonette, burnt garlic, and citronette dips and dressings.
A light and simple Apricot Parfait with Josper poached pear rounds things off, all accompanied by a beautifully chilled carafe of deliciously refreshing sangria (or fizz if you prefer) to transport you to sandy beaches and azure oceans.
Cavo’s new Rooftop Terrace is available to book any day or night of the week (weather permitting) for Cavo’s signature style of Mediterranean dining and hand-crafted cocktails. The Seafood & Sangria brunch is available from 12pm-4pm every Saturday & Sunday from £65 per person (including full set menu and one carafe of sangria or fizz per person).
