Choose Eataly London as your go-to destination to celebrate the ultimate Italian Easter. Offering an array of limited-edition dishes and cocktails in the restaurants, delicious specials in La Panetteria and the Gran Caffè, alongside special Easter cooking classes for both adults and kids, Eataly is hosting an Italian Easter for everyone this season.
To keep the whole family entertained, head down to La Scuola, Eataly’s cookery school for a special pizza-making class for kids (22nd April). For the adults, why not learn how to create Italian chocolate praline truffles, led by Eataly’s Head Pastry Chef Rosaria whilst sipping on a range of Easter-inspired cocktails (29th April).
Whilst you’re at Eataly, head down to Terra, Eataly’s wood-burning grill restaurant, which will be serving a selection of special Easter dishes, available from Friday 7th April to Monday 10th April for lunch and dinner service.
To start, tuck into Uova, asparagi e fonduta di Parmigiano, white and green asparagus, topped with a poached egg and parmesan fondue. For the main event, curb your roast cravings with the succulent Coscia d’agnello al forno, carote e patate alla menta, Welsh leg of lamb, served with rainbow carrots and mint baby potatoes, served with a red wine jus. Alternatively, opt for Filetto di cernia gligliato, cavolfiore e cavolo nero, grilled stone bass, served on charcoal cauliflower puree. For Dolci, look no further than the sorpresa pasquale alle arachidi, a peanut parfait egg filled with a luscious banana and chocolate ganache cream, served with chocolate sauce and garnished with a gold leaf.
Looking for a tipple to accompany you? Eataly’s White Chocolate Negroni is the perfect chocolate fix to help kickstart the Easter celebrations. If Daquiri’s are more your thing, the Candyfloss Daquiri makes the ideal sweet roundoff for your meal. Both are available in the Terra lounge and restaurant.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with an Easter showstopper from The Gran Caffè. The Fioriera Pasquale is an edible flowerpot pastry, with pistachio, Chantilly, and almond sponge, exclusively available over the Easter weekend.
No Easter is complete without a warm, sticky Hot Cross Bun. Pay a visit to La Panetteria, Eataly’s in-house bakery to indulge in a selection of Easter-baked specials.
