The updated space is fully decked out with distinctive orange trees, bright seats and of course, the
iconic Aperol Spritz van. Londoners can embrace a brand-new menu for 2023, featuring delicious
antipasti, fresh pasta and a vast selection of Eataly’s famed pizzas, all perfectly paired with an array
of best-loved cocktails.
The British summer brings a forecast of unpredictable weather, but you can rest easy as Eataly
brings a retractable roof to a section of its outdoor space. Get ready to create memorable moments
all summer long and sip on a range of cocktail favourites including Campari Spritz, a punchy Negroni,
and of course, the iconic Aperol Spritz. For those who prefer their tipple to be more mindful, try a
selection of Eataly’s non-alcoholic cocktails that includes a Crodino or a zesty Limonata Fatta in Casa.
Since 1919, Aperol has been at the heart of the Italian aperitivo ritual: a moment of sharing great
drinks, delicious food and even better company as the afternoon turns into evening. Today, the
Aperol Spritz is enjoyed worldwide and is the most searched-for cocktail in the UK 1 . With its
elegantly simple recipe, the Aperol Spritz is a carefully-balanced combination of sparkling Prosecco,
zesty orange, and bitter herbaceous undertones are perfect for refreshing the palette and whetting the

Traditionally served in Torino, the terrazza offers Pizza al padellino, an Italian pizza variety with a
crispy, thick crust on the outside, and a soft dough on the inside. What’s more, guests can upgrade
their pizzas with an array of toppings, from pesto, ricotta to grilled courgette, as well as ‘nduja and
burrata, there’s something for all. For a lighter option, guests can opt for a fresh salad. From
Panzanella to Ceasar, all salads can be topped with a choice of protein and cheese.
Made fresh every day by Eataly’s pastry chefs, for dolce guests can choose from a selection of sweet
