To celebrate Easter, the luxury Italian restaurant Piazza Italiana is cracking out all the stops with a delicious, creamy, chocolate, salted caramel cocktail treat. The Easter Bunny Martini is perfect for raising a glass this special week.
In true Italian style, and for £20, Piazza Italiana is serving up a sweet martini-style cocktail decorated with an edible dark chocolate glass coating mix, slow melted with sea salt, black pepper, cocoa butter, and a black truffle paste. The cocktail itself consists of vanilla-infused vodka with cafe crema and condensed milk and is served in a wooden box with a hay base, golden egg shells, sweet eggs, and chocolate Easter bunnies.
One for those with a sweet tooth, bounce on down to Threadneedle Street between Monday 3rd April- Monday 10th April to try.
