Boasting 38 deluxe rooms and eight suites, each bedroom is decorated in a stylish, neutral
colour palette, with chocolate and coffee-toned furnishings, and flooded with natural daylight
thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, with suites offering Juliette balconies. A two-bedroom
the suite provides all the space you need for a comfortable stay with the family.
Each bedroom features all the expected luxuries of a 5AA Red Star Hotel, including large,
sumptuous feather beds with Frette linen, and an en-suite granite bathroom complete with
a power shower and bath and complimentary Elemis products. An in-room minibar; high-
speed Wi-Fi; flat-screen TV, soft bathrobes, and slippers are staple additions to each room.

Led by Head Chef Callum Graham, Michelin-starred Bohemia, has put The Club Hotel &
Spa is firmly on the gastronomic map as a food-lovers destination. Using only the finest quality,
fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, Callum creates exciting modern European dishes and
a range of tasting menus to suit all occasions.
Guests can choose from the à la carte, a two or three-course set lunch menu or one of the
seven-course tasting menus. Stand-out dishes could include Local White Crab Meat with
brown crab, jalapeno panna cotta, dill, and cucumber sorbet; Jersey Angus Sirloin of Beef
with broccoli & stilton and sourdough short rib ‘sarnie’; and Foie Gras Parfait with Maderia
jelly, Shimeji & duck salad, and duck fat brioche, with a Milk Chocolate, Dulce de Leche &
yogurt dome for dessert. There are also dedicated pescatarian and vegetarian tasting
menus available.
Alternatively, put your meal in the chefs’ hands with the daily changing six-course Surprise
Menu, made using unique ingredients sourced that day (available Tuesday to Thursday for
dinner and Thursday to Saturday for lunch). For an exclusive dining experience on Friday
and Saturday nights, groups of four to six can take advantage of the Chef’s Table located in
the heart of the kitchen. For larger groups, Bohemia’s semi-private dining room can seat up
to 24 guests, under a feature champagne glass chandelier.
Bohemia Bar
Adjoined to the restaurant is Bohemia Bar, a less-formal buzzing bar perfect for post-work
drinks, cocktails with the girls, or a more casual bite to eat with friends.
Bohemia Bar will satisfy the cocktail cravings of even the most demanding connoisseurs.
Stand-out serves include the Mexican Rose, mixed with Lanique, tequila, cloudy apple juice
, and sage leaves; and the Vintage Negroni, a unique take on the classic mixed with gin,
Campari and vermouth from the 1970s. An impressive wine and champagne list, many by
the glass, premium spirits, and craft beers are also available.
Open for morning coffee, lunch, and dinner, as well as afternoon tea, the destination bar also
offers cocktail masterclasses, giving guests the chance to mix and muddle their own
concoctions. Small plates, such as duck fritters and quail scotch eggs are ideal for grazing
solo or sharing, whilst larger mains include mackerel with Jersey royals, cucumber and
horseradish; pulled lamb shoulder burger with harissa, tzatziki, and hand cut chips; and a
classic club sandwich.
Come summer, The Terrace provides an idyllic place to drink and dine alfresco with
bookable spaces for private events and parties. For a quieter drink, The Club’s resident-only
Honesty Bar offers a peaceful space to enjoy a chilled beer or glass of wine, alongside a
book from the hotel’s private library.
Enjoy a spa getaway
The Club Spa is the perfect place to unwind. With both an outdoor and indoor saltwater
pool, as well as a thermal suite – including a salt cabin, herbal steam room, and experience
shower – alongside five treatment rooms, including one for couples or friends, you’re sure to
leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. As well as the main treatment rooms, The Club Spa
has a Rasul Mud Treatment room for two and a dedicated manicure and pedicure areas.
