Now available on a Saturday as well as Sunday, there is no better place to be at the weekend than Straits Kitchen.

This exquisite roast brings together a fusion of flavours that will transport your taste buds. Guests can feast on a mouth-watering selection of barbecue roasting meats at live carving stations including Crispy Pork Belly, Roasted Duck and Barbecue Pork, as well as a brand-new summer dish of Barbecue Sweetcorn with Miso Koji Butter from Head Chef Jun Yung Ng.

Diners can also turn their hands to gastronomic creation at the laksa station: choose from shrimp or curry as a base before elevating with a selection of ingredients such as prawns, eggs, tofu puffs, fishcakes, soya beansprouts, sambal and coriander. 

Not forgetting an array of enticing and seasonal sides that accompany the roast, like Lotus Root Salad, South East Asian pickles and Hainanese Rice. Last but not least, diners can finish their meal with a host of beautifully hand-crafted pastries for dessert.

All diners can sip on a half bottle of Prosecco with their meal – or elect to add half a bottle of Champagne Brut for an additional £20pp or half a bottle of Rose Champagne for £40pp.
