creative cocktail institution, Bourne & Hollingsworth, is bringing flavours of the ocean to Fitzrovia this summer with the launch of a unique street bar in partnership with Lanique Spirit of Rose. Influenced by the tranquillity of the coast, the intimate outdoor bar transports guests to the seaside, right in the heart of the city with scalloped umbrellas and a seascape backdrop.
Soak up the sun on the corner of Rathbone Place and Charlotte Street, the Lanique Street Bar highlights the spirit’s versatility with a bespoke cocktail menu. The showstopping ‘A Rose a Day, Oysters Away’ – served in its very own handpicked shell alongside a scoop of homemade pomegranate and rose sorbet – combines Lanique Spirit of Rose with gin, nectarine liqueur and Bonanto Aperitivo before being topped with Prosecco.
The ‘Shore Thing’ is made for summer evenings, an aromatic twist on a daiquiri pairing Lanique Spirit of Rose with Caribbean blended rum, Italicus, Chinotto Nero and fresh lime. For a rose-tinted twist on a classic, the Rose & Grapefruit Margarita combines Lanique Spirit of Rose with blanco Tequila, grapefruit liqueur, triple sec, pear liqueur and lime juice.
With unique grid-worthy cocktails mixed and muddled by some of the best bartenders in the business, Bourne & Hollingsworth Fitzrovia is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a refreshing post-work tipple in the sunshine before heading inside to party until the early hours.
The Lanique Street Bar at Bourne & Hollingsworth will also pop up at Cocktails in the City in Bedford Square on 6th-8th July, 17th-19th August and 7th-9th September.
